With an outstanding career at Board level within the Financial Services Sector, heading teams in the hundreds with large corporates, Coutts, NatWest and Bank of Ireland and having held several Non-Executive roles as well as starting several of his own businesses, Rob brings wide-ranging expertise to leading Inspire’s Business Support offering. Rob is a qualified Business Strategist and devotes his time to developing Inspire’s services to SMEs and ensuring our Client Managers deliver first rate Strategy and Business Growth advice to our Clients, skills which are unrivalled in the world of Business Support.

About Mandy Paterson MIRP

Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years commercial industry experience ranging from SME’s to Corporates at senior management to Managing Director level within a wide range of industry sectors including Travel, Tourism, Recruitment, Digital, Communications. In her most recent role, she presided over growing the staff from 10 to 274 in less than five years. More recently Mandy changed career direction to find a role to “give back” and she joined the Not for Profit sector as Inspires Chief Operating Officer having been promoted from Business Development Director in 2018. Her role includes building relationships with key public-sector organisations and chairing the Education, Employment and Skills Board for Wiltshire Council as well as providing People Skills Consultancy as a qualified Recruiter for Inspire Elite Clients.

About Adrienne Conlon

Operations Manager

Adrienne has worked predominantly for small businesses and understands the challenges they face. Throughout her career in operations she has worked hands-on with founders and directors, driving businesses forward by enhancing their back office efficiency and processes. She thrives at project management, negotiating the supply chain, and is HR qualified (CIPD). A natural problem solver, Adrienne is commercially astute and gets jobs done. Having returned to Wiltshire after fifteen years in London, including a decade with an owner-led top 50 consumer PR agency where she was Head of Operations, Adrienne now works with a variety of small businesses. Injecting her knowledge from a successful career in the capital, she helps back offices run more cost effectively and efficiently, and removes from owners and directors the pain points of managing this operation.

Including the B2B office supplies and services industry, the safety wear and branded clothing sector, print production, and wholesale & distribution within the automotive industry. His most recent posts were as Managing Director of Martin Luck Group and as a Board Director of Vospers Motorhouse Group.

About Kellie Simpson

Executive Assistant

Kellie has spent her 17 year career working as a Personal Assistant in the legal industry. Throughout that time she has supported Senior Directors and Partners both in Bristol and in Asia where she spent 5 years living as an expat in both Taiwan and Hong Kong. Kellie has recently joined Inspire to assist with their event management and memberships. Originally from Devon Kellie now lives in Corsham, Wiltshire with her husband and their Doberman Tilly.
